**About the Organisation**:
As a purpose-driven organisation, Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) plays a pivotal role in providing services to members, providing continuous professional education and advocating for traditional medicine across the country. Passionate in their advocacy and member focused initiatives, ATMS is committed to supporting their membership base and advancing natural medicine in Australia.

**About the role**:

- Play an integral part of their member services team providing high quality service to their members
- Keep accurate member records
- Ensure all CPD and learning for members is tracked appropriately, and assist members in uploading important information
- Auditing member CPD and learning modules and requirements, ensuring minimum requirements are met on a yearly basis
- Working with external stakeholders for external member auditing
- Administration, data entry and general customer service
- Other duties when required

**About you**:

- Articulate, high attention to detail, data focused and customer friendly
- Personable, friendly, engaging and wanting to help
- Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and develop
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience within traditional medicine highly desired but not necessary
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience with data entry and administration necessary
