The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to:Collaborate with groups across MQ Health to participate in research projectsBe exposed to a wide range of ENT casesSupervise and train students, registrars and other Doctors in TrainingStructured learning program within otolarygnologyContribute to educational and research activities with MQ Health [including the opportunity for a conjoint academic appointment].

You will be keen to work in an innovative multidisciplinary environment and be passionate about providing patient centre care.
You will have experience working within busy inpatient settings while balancing supervision, teaching and mentoring of junior staff and medical students.QualificationsMBBS or equivalent qualification and registration as a medical practitioner in AustraliaSuccessful completion of second postgraduate training year in an Australian Healthcare settingEnrolled in or be eligible for membership into a relevant specialist training College or FacultyActive (or eligible to be an active) Accredited Practitioner of MUH.Skills and ExperienceProven commitment to education and research.Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders including patients and other health professionals.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.Knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement, evidence-based practice and promoting a culture of safety, quality, innovation and best practice in clinical practice, teaching and research.Commitment to uphold and be a steward of the Mission, Vision and Values of MQ HealthRole specific conditionsAHPRA General Medical Registration (or eligible to obtain registration)Working with Children's Check Clearance for NSWNational Criminal Record CheckImmunisation and Vaccinations CheckVenipuncture certificate
