**About the Role**:
This is a role for an experienced Duty Manager working in high-volume, late-night trading venues featuring live music and entertainment. You will be joining a team who thrive on delivering exceptional experiences for our customers during quieter weekdays and crazy busy weekends. This is your chance to be part of a great team, bringing your operational experience and willingness to roll up your sleeves to them; leading from the front. You will be responsible for managing a variety of shift operations, including very busy late night shifts on Friday and Saturday nights, working closely with the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
**About you**:
You are a positive and passionate manager with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced multi-faceted venues. Motivated to work hands-on, you will be actively present on the floor, supporting our team to deliver exceptional experiences. You will demonstrate the following:

- Solid experience as a Duty Manager in a similar role within a high volume, late night trading venue
- Experience opening and closing venues
- Availability for days, nights, and weekends.
- Current RSA/RCG. ARCG certification is mandatory - or the willingness to obtain.
- Experience with IdealPos and Deputy is advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, resolving conflict situations discreetly and effectively
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving on the run.
- Highly organized, maintaining consistency in service quality.
