Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer. The role involves performing daily duties such as data entry, matching, batching, and coding of invoices.

  • Data entry of high-volume invoices
  • Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier inquiries
  • Preparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts, and payment of weekly bills
  • Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations
  • Coordinate the accounts payable system, including vendor details, record of payments, and filing systems

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an accounts payable/accounts officer role, strong attention to detail, and be a team player. They will also be competent in data processing and reconciliations and hold a friendly and positive attitude.

The company offers a supportive and positive workplace environment, on-site parking, and close proximity to public transport. Training is provided on systems, and flexible working arrangements may be available.
