Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Account Manager to join our sales team based in Brisbane to look after our existing customers in Brisbane North and secure new business opportunities at the same time. All aspects & requirements of the role can be managed remotely & is advantageous to be in or near the required area of service.

About The role

This field sales position is full-time permanent. Reporting to Sales Manager QLD and Branch General Manager, you will promote the Company's products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts.

  • Develop new business and grow the pantry range with existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities and generate leads.
  • Assist customer queries about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
  • Start-to-end management of your customer accounts i.e. structured call cycle
  • Review and analyse weekly and monthly reports (sales/gross profit margin data, and account profitability).
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, and applications, and maintaining call logs and sales records.
  • Promote & drive the SAVE loyalty program

All About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior FMCG or food service experience will be highly regarded.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be efficient with computers including Microsoft Suite
  • Be proficient in utilising your sales reports to generate better outcomes
  • Must possess a valid Australian driver's license
