Job Description
  • Manage the daily operations of the secretarial and business support team.
  • Coordinate office services to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
  • Supervise administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Lead and supervise hotel, food, linen, and environmental services teams
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleaning standards, including audits and training
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the Director of Nursing and Facilities Manager
  • Manage rostering, budgeting, ordering, and software systems
  • Balance administrative duties with active participation in daily operations

  • Qualifications or experience in hospitality or health services
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of food hygiene, safety protocols, and environmental cleaning standards
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively across departments
