The 'Franchise Operations' team is responsible for managing the relationship and aligning strategy and execution with our bottling Partner, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP). This includes influencing regional and local priorities, making investment recommendations, and ensuring we activate our programs effectively in the market.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Working on a broad range of projects across market leading brands that will hone your strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical abilities
- Support in the strategic development and execution of key national and regional marketing programs
- Lead regular performance & execution reviews based on ex-factory, Customer scan & other data sources.
- Support the team to integrate materials for presentations as part of key business routines and stakeholder meetings
- Plan and execute key stakeholder engagement events including hosting international visitors
