Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in elevating store operations to new heights, benefiting both Franchise Partners and the corporate team. We are seeking an experienced leader who can guide and support our franchise network in improving business operations and performance across the network.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted coach and consultant for our franchise network, responsible for building strong relationships with Franchise Partners, captive stores, suppliers, TMICC, and third-party partners. They will deliver impactful store visits, develop tailored business development plans to enhance customer experience, team engagement, sales, standards, and profitability.

This is a leadership role that requires interstate and NZ travel once to twice per quarter. The successful candidate will be open to working nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed.

A strong track record in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced QSR environment, is essential. Experience in multi-site management or franchising is highly desirable, along with the ability to identify sales growth opportunities in a business and read P&L statements.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to lead onboarding and post-orientation training for new Franchise Partners and store teams, deliver in-store customer service and product knowledge training, and collaborate with internal teams to plan, manage, and execute key operational projects and initiatives.
