Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Franchise Support Manager.

This role involves overseeing a portfolio of stores, coaching and mentoring Franchise owners and operators to achieve strong operational standards, improve sales and enhance their in-store experience.

You will work autonomously as part of a managerial team, partnering with Franchisees to ensure profitable growth of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective store operations and customer service excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Franchise owners and operators to support their business success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach Franchise owners and operators to enhance their leadership and management skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Franchise owners and operators.
  • Knowledge of Sushi QSR and retail operations.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
