**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Ecommerce Trading & Merchandising Specialist will be a cornerstone in driving our online trading metrics and ensuring every piece of content, whether product listings or buying guides, is fine-tuned for maximum revenue generation and optimal customer experience. Your mission? Translate Super Retail Group's Customer Value Proposition (CVP) into tangible, delightful, and profitable online interactions.

The key responsibilities of the role:

- ** Reporting & Analysis**: Support the team with insightful data, assisting in identifying areas of opportunity and refining content and trading approaches.
- **Online Range**: Assist in maintaining and updating our online assortment in line with team strategies and market trends.
- ** Pricing & Promotions Management**: Execute online pricing adjustments and promotional campaigns, while providing suggestions for improvements.
- ** Website Content** - Support in maintaining the accuracy and appeal of product listings and assist in the creation and curation of content such as buying guides, educational materials, and promotional content.
- **Website Personalisation**: Provide recommendations and assist in implementing personalized shopping experiences based on customer behaviour and analytics.
- **Product Taxonomy**: Support in refining product categorization to ease navigation and discovery for our customers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Sound understanding of the SCA target market, customers, and product spectrum.
- Proven expertise in optimizing e-Commerce settings for both revenue and customer experience.
- Strong HTML and CSS skills.
- Hands-on experience with CMS tools like Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.
- Prior work with SAP/ERP and Product Information Management (PIM) platforms is a bonus.
- Strong adaptability and communication skills.
