Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with key ecommerce partners, unlocking growth opportunities, and delivering results that align with our brand strategy.

This role involves taking ownership of end-to-end client service, using a consultative B2B approach to understand partner needs, optimise brand investment, and drive sales growth. You'll collaborate with the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to evolve trade terms annually, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with business goals.

You'll also negotiate and support ecommerce partner accounts on merchandising and product launches, aligning with our marketing plans and leveraging partner channels to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, you'll collect and analyse sell-through and sales-in data from ecommerce partner and online retail accounts to identify risks, opportunities, and actions.

As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you'll work closely with the credit control team to manage account debt levels and ensure financial health across accounts. You'll oversee the optimisation of product descriptions, imagery, keywords, and reviews, ensuring all SKU information is accurate and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in ecommerce account management, relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or sales, and a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and their functionality.
