Senior Ecommerce Professional

We're seeking a skilled Senior Ecommerce professional to join our team. As an expert in Performance Media and eCommerce, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving digital transformation and growth across iconic brands.

You'll manage both ecommerce content and media initiatives for various clients, creating and implementing effective ecommerce campaigns that deliver high-quality results.

Your role involves planning and implementing ecommerce initiatives on platforms/marketplaces such as Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, Zitcha, Facebook, and Google, leveraging your in-depth knowledge in Performance Media/eCommerce and Paid Search.

You'll oversee operational tasks associated with implementation and optimisation, including budget pacing, competitive analysis, administration, and finance. You'll also manage offshore resources, ensuring tasks are completed to deadline and with 100% accuracy.

You'll identify and implement optimisations as approved by the client, utilising 3rd party bid management and digital shelf analytics tools (where relevant). You'll leverage audit and scorecard frameworks to deliver digital shelf analysis across retail and marketplaces, identifying optimisation opportunities, including keyword research, content improvements, and other elements.

You'll own performance process from Activate (Buying & Trafficking) to Convert (Optimisation & Reporting), working closely with the eCommerce Director and PGD associate to execute.

You'll manage reporting across PPC and DSP based platforms (Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Amazon Search Console, Amazon DSP, Trade Desk, DV360, SA360, CitrusAd or others).

You'll ensure all budget lines of performance campaigns are set up correctly and paced to the goal, and finance is completed with 100% accuracy.

You'll build positive relationships with key media/tech partners (e.g. Amazon, Criteo, CitrusAd, Zitcha, Coles360, Cartology, Meta and others).

You'll file all proformas, MBAs, IOs, and media plans.

This role requires 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in Performance Media/eCommerce, working across paid search as well as either eRetail/marketplace platforms like CitrusAd or Amazon.

You should be competent in digital planning and buying fundamentals, with strong paid search/programmatic foundations. A solid understanding of the Australian digital media landscape is essential.

You should hold intermediate to advanced certification of Google Ads (Paid Search) and Amazon Sponsored Ads, undertaking Amazon DSP certification within 3 months in the role.

You should be proficient in spot entry, knowledge of correct digital codes to use, and ability to run expenditure/invoice reports.

You should be proficient in broader media planning tools (Roy Morgan, CX Tool, GWI or other).

Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills are a must, with experience in PowerBI or other reporting tools and keyword research tools like Helium10 being beneficial.
