Key AccountabilitiesStrategy
- Development of a cyber security strategy and other identified technology infrastructure strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the overarching technology strategy and supporting roadmap.
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments and takes steps to incrementally increase maturity levels.

Planning
- Identify and lead improvements to policies, processes, and systems, working with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational capability and service delivery.
- Facilitate and lead new functionality and enhancements to core technology infrastructure to support improved customer and user experience.

Cyber Security
- Develop and drive the delivery of the Cyber Security Strategy and Plan.
- Review identified security risks and breaches to ensure the organisation's assets and information are appropriately secured at all times.

Service Management
- Implement service management capabilities based on ITIL best practice.
- Establish and mature a regional support capability for ICT infrastructure services.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and senior stakeholders to be able to influence change.
- Build strong relationship with third party vendors to enable the resolution of issues to be effectively and efficiently managed.
- Escalate with vendors as required, where service levels are not met, to facilitate outcomes for end users and improve vendor delivery capability.

Business Continuity
- Lead and develop the plan to maintain technology resiliency of critical systems and infrastructure to support business operations in the event of a disruption.
- Responsible for ensuring that annual Disaster Recovery and Penetration Testing are performed and that follow up actions from testing activities are tracked and completed.

Essential / desirable requirements
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in IT, management or a business-related discipline would be highly regarded.
