As we continue to grow and expand, our Melbourne branch is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team.

**The Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to make a significant impact within the concrete formwork industry. You will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our client base, as well as maintaining and servicing our existing relationships. This position is ideal for someone passionate about personal growth and committed to contributing to our company's success.

**The Role**

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Drive business growth by actively seeking new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
- Assisting clients with their orders, deliveries, and any inquiries, ensuring a positive experience with our services
- Participate in office and warehouse operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the building and construction industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships.
- Proven sales track record, with the ability to meet and exceed KPI targets.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and follow through on commitments.

- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the team.
