A permanent full-time role has become available with a truly innovative organisation focused on food and animal safety. With a presence across 12 countries, this is an opportunity to join a company that offers solutions to food processing and agriculture industries.
**Based in the Ipswich area, this role is primarily responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, including**:
- Processing sales orders and maintaining customer database
- Co-ordinating between departments to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly
- Providing administrative assistance to Sales Representatives (including preparing quotes and orders as required)
- Maintaining and updating price lists and related information for customers
- Participating and assisting with sales campaigns
- Working with Accounts Receivable to assist in resolving customer issues (such as purchase order discrepancies, account balances, etc)
- Undertaking associated reception and administrative tasks
**To be considered for this role, you will ideally demonstrate**:
- Previous customer service experience within a fast-paced office environment (exposure to food safety industry would be advantageous but not essential)
- A strong customer service focus with well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
- Confidence learning and using new technology (including a sound understanding of MS Office and Salesforce experience advantageous but not essential)
