PTC are currently seeking a dedicated and driven **Customer Service and Administration **team member to join us in our **Head Office **based in Crestmead ****

**As a Customer Service and Administration team member, you will**:

- **Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming office experience.**:

- **Uphold the security and safety of our front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.**:
