**About The Role**

We are looking for a **Client Service Administrator**to support our Business Services and Tax team in the Brisbane Office.

You will have a professional approach to assisting others and ensure that a seamless service is delivered to your internal and external stakeholders through exceptional administrative support.

Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities will enable you to effectively support and meet the needs of our clients and the broader team.

**Role Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Assisting the team with mid-month, end of month billing and reporting
- Responding to all client enquiries on behalf of the directors
- Liaise with ATO on lodgements, administration and reporting
- Reception assistance from time to time
- Review and co-ordinate compliance documents for client matters
- Collating documents, reports and third-party searches as necessary
- Building and maintaining long term client relationships
- Administration and technical support to the team where required

**Skills required**:

- 2+ years' experience in a similar role within Professional Services
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Professional/ethical behaviour
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
