**About the Role**

Working within the Cabcharge Payments business, the Client Services team is positioned as the first point of contact for taxi drivers and Cabcharge merchants who interact with our support channels. In the role of Client Service Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering the best customer experience possible for our customers, with a focus on answering product, process, and payment queries. Your performance benchmarks include service level KPIs and customer retention goals.

**Your responsibilities**
- Identify process improvement opportunities and product knowledge gaps within team and work with management team to address these areas effectively
- Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback across teams to help identify solutions
- Drive customer engagement & maximise the value they can gain from the Cabcharge payment product suite.
- Execute seamlessly across multiple workflows, functional areas and internal stakeholders including finance, sales, product and technology, operations, partner growth, taxitech and disputes.
