With 367 rooms, ibis Styles Brisbane is one of the largest hotels in Brisbane City, offering bright, colourful and stylish surroundings with a vibrant culture of Heartists who work here with us.Our team values are: Fun – embracing the fun vibes and creating unforgettable moments for our team and guests; Care – looking out for one another; Excellence – celebrating victories and driving continued success; Empowerment – flexibility, autonomy, and a failure-friendly culture.Learn more about us via LinkedIn: are looking for our next Full-Time Night Duty Manager to join the ibis Styles team.ResponsibilitiesAs Night Duty Manager, you will oversee all operations during the night shift, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and a safe, sound, and exceptional guest journey from night until morning.Manager on duty for the hotel, including check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiriesPerform night audit functions, ensuring proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverageHandle guest concerns and react quickly, coordinating with proper departments to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsEnsure the safety of guests throughout the nightQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Full Australian Working Rights - this role is not available for sponsorshipService-focused personality and the love of working through the night is essentialAbility to work a flexible schedule, including a 7-day roster, weekends and public holidays; shift hours are 11pm – 7amGood understanding of finance and accounting practicesExtensive knowledge of Front Office operations – essentialPrior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related systemProven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholdersMulti-tasker, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage conflicting prioritiesAbility to lead by example and foster a strong team cultureEmployee BenefitsBecome part of our Stylish team here at ibis Styles and enjoy the following benefits:Daily lunch options providedStaff discounts in the restaurantAccor employee staff rates at any Accor property worldwideFood and beverage discounts at Accor outletsInner-city location with public transport options at our doorFriendly and inclusive teamCareer growth and learning and developmentCome and join our Stylish Heartist Team today
