Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our hotel team.

This exciting role will involve overseeing all aspects of hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform financial duties, including balancing hotel revenues and managing cash handling procedures
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints, providing solutions and apologies as necessary
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests at all times
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • An ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Front Office operations and proficiency in using Opera Cloud or similar systems
  • A flexible approach to work, including working weekends and public holidays
