We seek an exceptional Full-Time Night Duty Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage night shift operations, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and a safe, sound, and exceptional guest experience from night until morning.
  • Perform night audit functions, verifying proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage.
  • Address guest concerns and react promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to guarantee memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Ensure guest safety throughout the night.
Requirements
  • A service-focused personality and the ability to work effectively through the night is essential.
  • An ability to work a flexible schedule, including a 7-day roster, weekends and public holidays; shift hours are 11pm – 7am.
  • A good understanding of finance and accounting practices.
  • An extensive knowledge of Front Office operations.
  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • A multi-tasker, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • An ability to lead by example and foster a strong team culture.
