We are looking for our next **Full-Time Night Duty Manager**to join the ibis Styles team.

As **Night Duty Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and creating a safe, sound and exceptional guest journey from night until morning.

Your Primary duties & responsibilities include:

- Manager on duty for the hotel, including check-ins, check outs and guest enquiries
- Perform night audit functions, ensuring proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night

**Qualifications** Your experience and skills include**:

- ** Full Australian Working Rights

- Service focused personality and the love of working through the night is essential
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including ability to work across a 7-day roster, including, weekends and public holidays, shift hours are from 11pm - 7am
- A good understanding of finance and accounting practices
- Extensive knowledge of Front Office operations

- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Multi-tasker that is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
