Reporting to the Senior Associate, Intelligence and Risk Assessment Capability, this role will support NAB capability to:

- Understand existing and emerging financial crime threats to NAB and its customers.
- Streamline risk assessment processes and frameworks.
- Build strong risk assessment capability and grow its customers safely.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Improve stakeholder capability to manage financial crime risks, helping meet NAB regulatory obligations in Australia and overseas, providing support to:

- deliver the capability uplift program.
- design, create and deliver capability content for Intelligence and Risk Assessment professionals.
- identify and document improvements regarding Intelligence and Risk Assessment reporting, tools, processes, models and validations.
- Manage multiple priorities and embrace innovation.
- Behave in accordance with NAB's Code of Conduct at all times.
- Consistently demonstrate NAB "How We Work" behaviours in all customer, community and colleague interactions.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in financial crime, fraud, risk and/or capability.
- Experience in risk management, such as identification, understanding and mitigating risk.
- Strong research and content development, including demonstrated ability to:

- collate and analyse data/information from varied sources.
- use data/information to identify emerging patterns, trends and insights.
- Process improvement for better business and customer outcomes.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate simply and with influence.
- Superior time management, organisational skills and resilience.
