You'll be an integral part of this small, welcoming, team of 8 based in Murarrie.
Reporting into the owner of 20 years you'll feel fully supported from day one and have a wealth of knowledge, market intel and experience to draw upon, you will be set up for success.
You'll be joining a business that is wholly Australian owned, has been trading for over 50 years and is committed to honesty, integrity and providing a quality service to all. Reputation is everything.
Supporting a wide range of national and international clientele you will be the go-to person for anything finance, office and admin related.
Duties include accounts payable/ receivable, document management, bank reconciliation, data entry, invoicing, general office administration.
To be successful you will have demonstrated experience in a finance, administration, and office support-based role.
- You will enjoy being office based, the success of this business is down to its people, they are keen to keep the office banter flowing - based, Murarrie.
- You know your way around an Excel spreadsheet and have proven, recent exposure to finance.
- You thrive when working in a changeable, deadline driven based environment.
- You are an effective communicator who takes pride in your ability to engage with all stakeholders, at all levels.
- Ambitious in nature, you will have the desire to continuously learn, upskill and contribute to new ways of working.
