OverviewCreate a meaningful legacy for a small, passionate team.
This is a high visibility in a strategically important role within the Iris Capital hotel portfolio.
You will be an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results.
You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the economy marketplace.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the overall management, daily operations and driving business performance for the hotel.Coach and mentor team members, assisting in their development and career progression.Contribute positively to the local tourism economy to drive a strong brand presence.Build local relationships and engage with partners.Aim to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction.Demonstrate strong cost controls across departments.Drive the revenue, sales and distribution strategy in partnership with the portfolio support team.Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business.Promote the brand and ensure all brand essentials and standards are in place and executed consistently.QualificationsPrevious experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business.Passionate to grow and develop self and others.Strong relator with ability to build relationships.Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively.A proven leader who is able to inspire others.Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.Additional InformationALL Heartist, Employee benefit card, offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide on Accommodation and Food & Beverage,Learning programs through our "Learn your Way" Academy platforms, ongoing training and development opportunities (self-pace, virtual webinars, face to face)Become a Heartist and work in an environment where we encourage you to bring your real self to work, unleash your creativity and have fun.
