High visibility in a strategically important role within the Iris Capital hotel portfolio.ResponsibilitiesBe an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results.Coaching and mentoring team members, assisting in their development and career progression.Contribute positively to the local tourism economy to drive a strong brand presence.
