**About the role**

As a Site Caretaker, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our school facility, ensuring that all contract service specifications are met. You'll manage contractors, handle general maintenance, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. **This is a Part Time position, Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 18:00 located at Blair Athol North School**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep classrooms, restrooms, and common areas clean and in good repair.
- Handle minor fixes and maintenance tasks.
- Help set up and take down equipment for school events.
- Maintain grounds & gardens.
- Ensure everything is safe and in working order.
- Coordinate with tradespeople and oversee their work.
- General admin duties.
- Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role.
- Able to work flexible hours and handle physical tasks.
- Must have a driver's license.

**Additional Information**:

- SA Police check (results within 6 month) and Working with Children Check required.
- Must complete Downer training modules and be willing to undergo a pre employment medical.
