We currently have various opportunities for self-motivated and reliable Site Caretakers/Handypersons to join our teams. In these roles you will deliver maintenance services, grounds keeping and repairs, relating to buildings & equipment under the commercial contractual arrangements between Spotless Facilities and the Department of Education and Child Development.

We currently have vacancies in the following suburbs:

- Blair Athol - Part Time position - 4 hrs per day, Mon-Fri
- Gepps Cross - Full Time position - 38 hrs per week
- Taperoo - Part Time position - 3 hrs per day, Mon-Fri
- Smithfield Plains - Part Time position - 4 hrs per day, Mon-Fri

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Trade experience within a maintenance environment preferred but dont need to be Trade qualified.
- Demonstrated experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests
- Experience using hand or power equipment related to specific trades
- Valid driver's licence with no restrictions
