At TeamKids, over 230 sites depend on us to get supplies where they need to be quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively. But we're not just looking for someone to "place orders." We're looking for a Procurement & Supply Coordinator who knows that getting it done fast or cheap, isn't the same as getting it done right.
This role needs someone who knows procurement and freight but also questions the first option, weighs alternatives, and knows when to trade speed for quality, cost, or long-term gain. If you naturally look for smarter, more sustainable solutions, even when it's harder you'll thrive here.

You'll Succeed in This Role If You:
?? Bring practical procurement or purchasing experience
?? Understand freight logistics, supplier coordination, and lead-time risk
?? Don't pick the first fix, you weigh cost, impact, and execution
?? See problems as opportunities, not roadblocks
?? Communicate clearly, own your outcomes, and escalate early when needed
?? Are open to AI tools and automation that help work smarter and reduce rework

What You'll Do
Own the purchasing lifecycle, from PO to delivery to resolution
Partner with freight and logistics teams to deliver on time and on budget
Track and act on time-sensitive or at-risk supply needs
Leverage ERP dashboards and AI tools to anticipate needs and suggest improvements
Propose better workflows when the current ones slow things down
Collaborate across Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Admin Support

Must-Have Skills & Experience
Solid background in procurement or tactical purchasing
Hands-on experience managing freight providers and delivery logistics
Strong critical thinking - not just "how fast," but what's best
ERP system confidence (Odoo, Pronto, NetSuite or similar)
Natural problem-solver with a calm, solutions-first mindset
