Revital Care is looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic **Independent Support Workers** to provide meaningful community participation support to NDIS participants. This role is all about engaging clients in unique activities like **nature walks, archery, horse riding, bowling, pool and more**, helping them build confidence, social connections, and a fulfilling lifestyle.

**A car is essential.** One of our clients is based in **Bondi**, and the allocated support worker **must be comfortable driving in city streets for extended periods**. Additionally, a client in the **Central Coast requires an experienced archer**, so knowledge of **archery** is a must for that role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Support clients with **community participation** through engaging outdoor/indoor activities
- **Safely transport** clients to and from activities (up to **85km per session**)
- Provide companionship, mentorship, and encouragement to build confidence
- Assist with personal preparation and healthy lifestyle choices
- Manage meal and activity expenses (**fully reimbursed**)

**Skills & Experience**

Experience in **mental health support** is essential
- **Archery experience** required for the Central Coast client
- Physically capable of participating in outdoor activities
- A proactive and positive attitude towards community engagement
- **ABN & PI/PL insurance** required (easy & affordable to obtain)
- **Valid driver's licence & own reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance**

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $33.50 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
