The Opportunity
We're expanding our Sydney team and are looking for dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to help roll out this innovative model of care. Each support worker is carefully matched with clients based on interests, experience, location, and compatibility — ensuring the best outcomes for both our clients and staff.

What You'll Do
- Support clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, daily planning, budgeting, and household tasks.
- Facilitate community access and participation — from social outings to education, work, and appointments.
- Collaborate with our allied health team to implement client goals and weekly schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes.
What You Bring
- Experience supporting people with mental health conditions.
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience with NDIS participants highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Current driver's licence and reliable car.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certificate, and National Police Check.
