Building Our Talent
Excellent job share opportunity for a professional Administrator/ Receptionist with strong interpersonal and organisational skills to manage administrative support as well as front end responsibilities within our Victorian Head Office. This flexible part-time job share opportunity offers a multi-skilling of responsibilities, including reception coverage alongside day-to-day administrative support.
The main duties of this role include:

- General office duties
- Arranging meetings and appointments, including room bookings
- Distribution of mail and organising couriers
- Typing of correspondence, reports, agendas
- Purchase orders, invoicing and petty cash administration
- Day to day ordering of office amenities such kitchen supplies, stationary etc
- Providing Reception cover as required, including 1 full day per week and breaks each day
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Maintain business expenses and AMEX reconciliations
- Assist with Facilities Management
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to our Project Teams VIC wide (as required)
- Establishing and maintaining effective liaison with internal staff and external business contacts

This role will suit an organised, team focussed individual with the following experience:

- Proven experience working in a fast-paced Administration/Reception role (desired)
- High attention to detail
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
