_**Job Opportunity: Part-time Receptionist/Front Desk Administration/Social Media Manager at Mandala Holistic Wellness & Mandala Aesthetics**_
Join the vibrant team at Mandala Holistic Wellness & Mandala Aesthetics We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill a multifaceted role encompassing receptionist duties, administration tasks, and social media management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients both in person and online while providing essential administrative support to our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at Mandala Holistic Wellness & Mandala Aesthetics.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
- Manage our social media platforms for Mandala Holistic Wellness & Mandala Aesthetics, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience(Instagram, Tik Tok, or Website).
- Monitor social media trends and develop strategies to increase our online presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- High availability and reliability, with the ability to work from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM at least 3 days a week.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours based on organisational needs
- Advanced English level
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
