Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing projects for the onboarding of new and existing customers.
- You will oversee the entire implementation process from project initiation to acceptance, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are up-to-date on project status.
- Work with new and existing customers to understand procurement needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively all billing, accounts payable, purchasing, and delivery processes with customers.
- Pinpoint issues and roadblocks for the project team and ensure appropriate solutions are defined to suit customer needs.
This exciting opportunity exists to leverage your expertise in managing customer onboarding and implementation processes.
Your responsibilities- Lead and manage the implementation process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing customized solutions.
- Liaising with customers to resolve queries and concerns.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in implementing solutions for multiple clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commercially-minded individual who can think outside the box and offer suitable solutions.
