We are on the lookout for an experienced Implementation Consultant to help accelerate time to revenue.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As an Implementation Consultant, your role is to work hand-in-hand with our small to medium sized business customers, advising and implementing Synergy to improve their business and project delivery outcomes. You view yourself as the integrator between business needs and technology solutions and understand why project-based consulting differs from other time-billing business. You also know how and why the right software, applied correctly, can enable a business to thrive and find more time to deliver its services. This role will see you consulting to our customers and working alongside our Customer Success team to deliver online consulting services.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with our prospects and customers to help them achieve project accounting, project management, and project information management operational excellence by implementing the Total Synergy Cloud platform.
- Effectively project manage implementation and adoption of Synergy assisted by our Customer Success Managers to realise greater recurring subscription and consulting services revenue
- Develop in-depth expertise in Synergy from both a business consulting and technical integration/configuration perspective. Understand the Total Synergy product and associated add-ons, API architecture, and business analytics reporting tools.
- Develop and provide Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) domain expertise in order to identify, assess, and solve complex business problems and share best practices.
- Engage in business architecture discussions with customers and demonstrate an understanding of common technical concepts, cloud platform standards, API integration, and implementation approaches.
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to drive project implementation, lifecycle requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, data migration, templates and reporting, organisational change management, and training both remotely and on-site.
- Actively participate in Customer Success process improvements and product roadmap priority activities, product grooming, internal knowledge sharing and operational readiness activities.

**MUST HAVE SKILLS**
- Strong technical aptitude as the role will require you to ramp up quickly on a sophisticated product
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a business and having the awareness of the commercial impact of your conversations
- Good analytical and problem solving skills. No two days are the same.
- Demonstrated the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with mínimal supervision. You make quick informed decisions under pressure and prioritise appropriately based on urgency and necessity.
- 7+ years in a similar role and previous experience in a SaaS environment

**NICE TO HAVE**
- AEC industry experience or other project-based professional services experience.
- Experience with accounting packages like Xero, QBO, Sage.
- A familiarity with APIs
