**Responsibilities**

As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact to engage customers in our services. We are seeking a driven and dedicated person to be responsible for growing sales through business development and warm calls, and create positive new professional relationships.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Warm calling SME's to discuss the benefits MIC can offer.
- Building rapport and developing strong relationships over the phone.
- Identify new growth opportunities and generate new business for the company.
- Working towards weekly KPI's and targets as part of a team and individually.
- Generate enthusiasm with clients for doing bill comparisons and highlight the benefits.

**Skills and Experience**

This role is integral to the business and as such we are seeking to recruit someone who is driven to succeed and has a will to win.
- Ability to work on a self-directed basis and be self-driven.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Enjoy collaborating with the team to achieve personal and team goals.
- Have a high level of professionalism to effectively interact with SME's and large businesses as required.
- Comfortable managing your own time and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and prioritise accordingly.
- Be able to demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills in person and over the phone.

**Salary**: $27.50 - $31.00 per hour
