GenesisCare have an exciting opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join us in Adelaide, SA.
As the Team Coordinator, you are responsible for providing high level executive support to the Heads of Department (Radiation Oncologists and Medical Oncologists), General Manager and Operations Manager of Oncology South Australia. You are to ensure the efficient and organised running of the manager's day to day schedules and be effective at anticipating, filtering and accelerating issues as appropriate.
On offer is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, predominantly based at our 327 South Street head office but with travel required to other metro sites.
What you'll do:
- Expenses and Leave coordination for the Heads of Department.
- Printing, collation, binding and preparation of documentation.
- Preparation, review and editing of PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel documents.
- Liaison and relationship building with various internal and external key stakeholders.
- Assist with various projects for executives and senior management, inclusive of visiting shared services staff and state managers (meetings, events, dinners, conferences, etc.).
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties when required (including general office management requirements) as they arise.
- Preparation and distribution of high-quality meeting documentation for meetings as deemed appropriate by the Heads of Department (agenda, minutes, papers)
- Patient Services - Ensure a high level of patient service is provided including meeting patient needs, maintaining patient service levels, monitoring and responding to patient feedback and queries.
Who you are:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting individual managers and/or a management team.
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability
- Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience to work successfully both independently and in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Flexible approach to work and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for some occasional out of hours work with events etc.
