About Team Civil:

Team Civil is a well-established South Australian civil construction contractor renowned for delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of projects. We have earned a strong reputation within the industry and maintain a broad and varied client base. With multiple active projects and several newly awarded contracts, we are currently expanding our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor HSE compliance across projects and sites.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including compliance management and reporting.
  • Prepare and assist in developing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Risk Assessments.
  • Adhere and maintain ISO Accreditation audits and documentation.
  • Conduct site HSE inspections and support hazard identification processes.
  • Assist with identifying training needs for employees.
  • Support plant and equipment maintenance and inspection requirements.
  • Maintain fleet records and ensure servicing and management are completed.
  • Assist in managing safety software systems and updating records.
  • Conduct on-site inductions when required.
  • Provide administrative support for tender submissions.
About You
  • Cert IV in WHS.
  • Previous experience in a similar HESQ or safety administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of WHS practices, SWMS, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • First Aid Certificate.
