**About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a team leader to work in a production environment. Reporting to the commercial manager, you will be responsible for coordinating production and supervising supported employees in a manner that respects their dignity and promotes independence and wellbeing.

  • Coordinating production and supervising supported employees in a manner that respects their dignity and promotes independence and wellbeing.
  • Providing leadership and direction, monitoring and coaching supported employees to ensure they are appropriately skilled to perform in their roles.
  • Overseeing the production of packaging food products to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards.
  • Completing supported employee documentation, including progress notes and files compliance with quality standards and funding requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will require experience working in the disability or aged care sectors, a Certificate III in Disability, knowledge of Lean manufacturing and production techniques, experience in a production environment and sound administration skills to complete supported employee documentation.

Your ability to demonstrate patience and understanding when working with people with disabilities will be highly regarded.
