**Job Description**:
Due to growth within the team, we are now looking to bring on an additional Operational SME to join our high preforming Projects team in a role based out of our Balcatta office.

Our Operational SME's provide functional support to both our hard FM and soft services business units across contracts nationally.

Main duties:

- Ensure that all Safety, Compliance and Quality processes are followed, and gaps identified and escalated to resolution.
- Identify, develop, and where necessary support implementation of innovation and new ideas to enhance the service offer and/or improve efficiency
- Represent the client as a Subject Matter Expert for matters with their customer base.
- Review and understand the contractual obligations for technical service delivery.
- Lead the development of the mobilisation plans, which reflects the Technical Services contract scope and agreed processes.
- Identify and document all follow up actions arising from mobilisation activity and allocate to appropriate person to be actioned.
- Prepare and manage contract and site-specific risk register during mobilisation phase and hand these to Contract lead once steady state has been achieved.
- Oversee and support as required due diligence and mobilisation projects, capturing salient points for escalation where there are gaps and identification of process to be documented in the technical operations guide.
- Using your interpersonal and negotiation skills and lending your knowledge to various communities of practice and technical group discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience of project management deliverables across multiple sites
- High level of financial acumen with strong P&L performance delivery
- Strong sales, tender/quote/bid preparation and submission knowledge
- Strong work ethics and an understanding of corporate requirements and processes
- Strong professional business acumen to ensure all client relationship improvement initiatives are professionally defined measured, implemented and controlled
- High level of business case presentation and communication skills with the ability to professionally negotiate and achieve positive client relationship outcomes
