Aviation Professional

As a subject matter expert, you'll support safe, compliant, and efficient aviation operations.

This role is ideal for seasoned aviation professionals with deep technical expertise and a passion for safety, standards, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion safety culture in aviation operations.
  • Ensure risks have appropriate controls in place.
  • Lead and document audits, ensuring timely closure of actions.
  • Serve as SME in event reviews and incident investigations.
  • Manage changes and deviations relevant to aviation in accordance with the Integrity Management Standard.
  • Provide technical support and participate in Incident Management Team.
  • Maintain and update Woodside Aviation standards and guidelines.
  • Advise on application of aviation industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in aircraft operator tendering and approve acceptable operators.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage in Aviation and Drone Communities of Practice and internal forums.
  • Represent stakeholders including; Aviation service providers, oil and gas Advisors, regulators as required.
