About the Role

The Finance Business Partner is the main contact for their assigned customer group, ensuring smooth financial back-office operations and unlocking value from our services.
They guide customers through onboarding, manage ongoing service delivery, resolve major issues, and proactively engage clients with insights to improve retention and renewal.Internally, you will coordinate your team of cross-functional experts to ensure quality customer experiences through daily interactions.
