- Strong ServiceNow testing experience is required.
- Good Functional testing experience is essential.
- Excellent background in Government Industry is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in performing end-to-end testing in accordance with an established Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Worked in Agile methodology with excellent communication skills.
- Strong reporting & documentation skills
- Defect management / triaging
