We at Coforge are looking to hire a Manual tester with the below mentioned skillset.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
Manual Tester
to join our dynamic and experienced QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing practices, with the ability to analyze requirements, design and execute test cases, manage defects, and support production incident analysis. This role involves close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases across various environments and document results.
  • Identify, report, and manage defects using standard defect tracking tools.
  • Participate in production incident analysis and provide QA support for resolution.
  • Coordinate and support
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    and
    IWT (Integrated Workflow Testing)
    cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong manual testing experience with a focus on functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Exposure to
    .NET application flows
    and
    System Integration Testing (SIT)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    risk-based testing
    methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    test automation tools
    (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
  • Exposure to
    AWS
    cloud platform.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
