Job Title: IT Tester

">Job Description:

As a skilled IT tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough testing of various Workday modules, including Hire-to-Retire, Compensation, and Absence management.

You will develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements and user stories, identifying and documenting any defects that arise during the testing process. In addition, you will collaborate with the testing team and developers to ensure timely resolution of issues and participate in test planning and review meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on functional testing.
  • Proven track record testing Workday HCM or a comparable HR system.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
