Job Title: Workday Tester

About the Role:

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Workday Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional testing and be proficient in test management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate testing activities within the resource enablement department.
  • Facilitate communication between the test team and stakeholders.
  • Develop test plans using business requirements and design documents.
  • Assist the team in test execution and other coordination activities.
  • Chair defect triages and ensure timely resolution of all defects.
  • Prepare TSR reports and assist in ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in Workday HCM testing.
  • Strong knowledge of functional testing in Workday HCM modules.
  • Experience in system integration testing, regression testing, and test design.
  • Hands-on experience with HP ALM and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
