The Opportunity: Automotive Estimator
As an Estimator, you'll be the bridge between customers, insurers, and our workshop team — ensuring repairs are quoted accurately, approved promptly, and delivered to the highest standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate, timely repair estimates using iBodyshop (experience essential).
Liaise with customers and insurers, explaining repairs in a clear, professional manner.
Work closely with the workshop team to align repair scopes and timelines.
Identify repair methods that balance quality, safety, and efficiency.
Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
You'll BringProven experience as an Automotive Estimator(panel shop background preferred).
Strong working knowledge of iBodyshop(non-negotiable).
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
Minimum 1-2 years of automotive estimator experience required.
