Automotive Service Representative

Job Description:
">As a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for booking clients in for service or repairs, interfacing with technicians to establish the extent of work required, preparing pricing estimates of service repair orders, and communicating with customers to explain the work involved and provide regular updates on the progress of their vehicles.

- Dealing with customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner">
- Working closely with the service team to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner">
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers">
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
">- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment">
- Strong organizational and time management skills">
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask">
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment">
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of automotive systems">
