About the Job

As a bridge between customers, insurers and our workshop team, you will ensure repairs are quoted accurately, approved promptly and delivered to the highest standard.

  • Preparing accurate and timely repair estimates using iBodyshop
  • Liaising with customers and insurers
  • Explaining repairs in a clear and professional manner
  • Working closely with the workshop team to align repair scopes and timelines
  • Identifying repair methods that balance quality, safety and efficiency

The ideal candidate has proven experience as an Automotive Estimator, a strong working knowledge of iBodyshop and excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for someone who knows their way around iBodyshop and can translate complex repairs into clear, accurate and timely quotes.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely repair estimates, liaising with customers and insurers and ensuring repairs are quoted accurately and approved promptly.
