This is your opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and innovative team.Reporting to the Construction Estimating Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the financial and operational success of our projects.
Your main focus will be evaluating jobs and providing accurate cost estimates and bills of materials—essential to keeping everything running smoothly.Key responsibilities include:Accurately schedule material and labour quantities using our industry-leading softwareProcess project variations and clearly communicate updates to internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate on system improvements to drive efficiency and innovationMaintain thorough, up-to-date file notes and documentationAssist with invoice authorisation for subcontractors and suppliersSupport team development through training and knowledge sharingAbout YouYou're organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
While previous experience as a Scheduler or Estimator is a plus, it's not essential—we're looking for the right mindset and a willingness to learn.We're looking for someone who has:A basic understanding of construction methodsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesA proactive approach to problem-solvingMotivation to exceed expectations and drive improvementWhy Join ABN Group?
